ataylor295 Posted October 9, 2019 Share Posted October 9, 2019 So I have been attempting o load a picture of my residence in my visualizer for over an hour now, but I am having the issue of it loading it and then displaying it side ways. I have tried saving the picture different way and changing the resolution, but it is not working. Am I missing something or does anyone else have a different idea. Thank you in advance. It sounds like the orientation of the image is in portrait., and whatever you are using to edit it to landscape is not being saved. You may need to try a different editor.
