Audacity current tutorial ?

Where could I find a current Audacity tutorial for import into LOR ?  Everything I find seems to be using older versions.

I've been using it for 10 years. I don't think its changed that much.

Open file, edit if needed, export as cbr mp3.

There was/ is a pretty big change from 2.0 to 2.2 or something. I reverted backwards since it was more difficult to navigate.
