LOR Staff Posted March 27, 2019 Share Posted March 27, 2019 Please note that we expect to have eMail issues this weekend, possibly lasting into early next week. Our eMail provider is forcing a change on us that will most likely disrupt a lot of eMail based things. You may encounter some weirdness while this is occurring. We use eMail for a LOT, so don't be surprised if something is not working properly over this weekend while we make the change over. Some of the things that will be impacted are: Notifications from the Forums Notifications from the Help Desk System Help desk ticket creation by sending an eMail License Updates/Upgrades/Renewals/Information (via eMail) All corporate eMail (IE, email to/from any of us with an @lightorama.com email address) The Help Desk system itself will not be affected. You should still be able to go directly to it via the web and open or check the status of a ticket. The same is true of the forum.
