Show Editor Question

Basic question on sequences in the Show Editor.  Here's the situation:

I have a sequence that is currently in the Show Editor *.lss file.  I have made a change
to the source sequence file.  Do I have to "remove" the file from the Show Editor and then
ADD it back to reflect the change or does the Show Editor read the source file when the
Show editor is started??

Same file name? No changes needed in Show Editor.

Different file name? Changes needed.
