Errors with playback files - application files missing?

All of a sudden, I started having issues with trying to create an sd card show. It stated there was missing channel information.  I ran the verifier and received the results below.  I reinstalled the software S5.2.2 Pro and still have the same issue.  Everything in the sequencer looks fine and play back fine, the props are defined the same way they were before it stopped working.  Are these files really missing after doing an install?

The S5 sequencer uses files that end with ".loredit"  When you use the Show Editor or create an SD card in the Hardware utility it requires that you have ".lms" files.

To create .lms files in the S5 sequencer, open the .loredit file and then click on the File menu and select "Create Play Back File" and this will create a ".lms" file.

If that is not the problem let me know.
