Orville Posted November 24, 2018 Share Posted November 24, 2018 Is the end controller after the Pixel Tree an older CTB16PC unit or the newer G3 unit? If older, V1 or V2 version CTB16PC and you're running off a red High Speed adapter for the Pixel Tree at 500K, Enhanced, the older CTB16PC controllers won't function, they can only use a Regular LOR Network and usually no faster than 57.6K speeds. The G3 CTB16PC Controllers, however should have no issues and should work. I have my Pixel Controllers on a 2nd Network, Aux A, 500K, Enhanced and Comm4 and my 4 CTB16PC V2 units are all on Standard LOR Network, 57.6K and on Comm3.
