Need help with purchase

Hi i would like to have RGB flood lights to light up my house.

I just don't know what all i need to purchases.

obviously the flood light and controller is needed but i dont know what cables/power connections i need.

ii like to have 8 flood lights set up 

and also what would i need to have two 16 channel controllers set up to run wireless to my laptop
