I have one side of the board that I want to use 24 volts and the other side I want 12 volts. Does the 12 volts have to be on the 1-8 bank side?Can I have this...Bank 1-8: 24voltsBank 9-16: 12 volts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I believe the card's logic power is drawn from the supply for 1-8, so the voltage regulator will run cooler if the 12V is on 1-8.
