Pixie 16 config. always back to WS2801

Hi,

 

Everything worked well for a week but today I have a problem with my new  Pixie 16 :  this night when I power up the card I see 9 strings (over 12)  turn on white immediately (normaly they do not light up before the begining of the show)

When I went to the hardware éditor, the configuration indicate a pixel type WS2801,  normaly the type is WS2811 (400Mhz). I change the type to the WS2811, I press Ok, a message box tell me that controller have recived the instruction.

But  after a refresh the configuration come back to a WS2801 type....

I have reset the controller but the problem still going.

Can someone help me ?
