New Props??

So, quick question for you all... I'm sure this has been discussed to death, but I wan't to make sure I am doing everything right. I don't want to run into any issues like I have before. 

So for next years show we are adding new PE props. My question is... Do I just add the props into my current PE previewer thing and save it?? So every time I open a song will it just add the new props in, and I won't have to re-program everything from previous years?? 

I sure hope that question made sense... It sure made sense in my mind...

Keeping a single preview and updating it each year is the easiest way to manage your PE previews and sequences.

An alternate way that is more work is to copy your 2017 preview to a 2018 preview and make all modifications for next year in the 2018 version (use Tools > Manage Previews, "copy" button). Then make copies of all of your 2017 sequences to 2018 versions, and when opening the 2018 version assign it to the 2018 preview. The advantage of this approach is that you can always play back your prior years' sequences exactly as they were.
