How do I edit the sequences in the LOR sample (Manhattan steamer rollers)

We are just getting started and want to use the Manhattan Steamer Roller 45 min. sample sequences.  We don't want to use all the songs/sequences in the loop.  How do we edit them out?  When we go to show builder it only show the file as a whole 45 min. loop, but we want individual songs.
