Rotate effect in clipboard

I have an effect I created in xlights for a matrix a few years ago and I can't remember the settings. It is for a matrix where the strings of rgb lights run vertical. I now have a new matrix where the strings run horizontally. Can I somehow rotate the effect in the clipboard so I can copy it from one matrix to another. I need to rotate the effect through 90 degrees. I thought maybe I could do that using Bob's clipboard flipper. I tried flipping it diagonally but that didn't work.

That can be done with the program called  interSEction.
