looking for a lil help new to this product which I have been wanting to do for along time love it so far but lets face it.its my first year and I have no clue how to due sequence's I got 5 free when I bought my Christmas light package  which is great but I want more of the tradional Christmas songs like granma got ran over by a rainddere and frosty the snow man things like that I followed the form to free sequences. when I down load them and open them in the sequence editor I get the message  BACKGROUND IMAGE DOES NOT EXIST which I have no clue what that means

so who has a little insight in to what I need to do and how do I get the down loads to work to where I don't get that message and I can add them to my list

thank you all in advance

That won’t stop the sequence from working that just means you don’t have the background picture for whoever’s house sequence was laid out on it’s just a JPG file it won’t stop the sequence from working

You won’t be able to see the picture of their house or if they use the visualizer file he won’t see anything as far as a picture but the sequence will still play and you can watch the channel buttons flash for when each channel would come on

You will need the music to play the sequence. Once you get the music you can open the sequence and click Edit then scroll to media file and find it in your computer.

It means it can’t find the audio file you have to find the audio file. click “edit” on the tool bar, scroll down to “media file”  and then window will pop up most likely in the light o Rama audio folder and you have to find the Media file. you will most likely have to download it and stick it in that folder
