New songs for upgrades

Hello all,

After taking a year off due to travel I will be running a Halloween and Christmas show.  If all goes well I will be upgrading from 2 controllers to 3 or 4 depending on what's available.

My Halloween show was animated shining pumpkins and such.  Christmas was more a traditional show with all instrumental songs.  With the additional controllers I am hoping to add instrumental song such as Tocata for Halloween and vocal to Christmas.  With Christmas I will be adding some story telling via a new animated Santa but looking for recommendations for instrumental Halloween songs.  I do keep them G-rated as my neighbor's kids are young.

Recommendations?

Thanks,

Jim

A Soldiers Silent Night is always a big hit. The mp3 is free on the soldierssilentnight. com website

I did the face sequence and added the background singers. (HC Sante and Mrs Clause)

Also I did  Twas The Night Before Christmas (story) however you would have to cut paste for 2 channels.

I have A Solders silent night as just a light show and I think I just got the 'Twas from you yesterday so I can adapt that one though just got lucky and will be getting three new controllers for a a total of 80 zones.  Don't know if I'll get them all set up this year but I'm stoked!  From 32 to 80 is a big jump or at least for me :D

With those singing faces you will use up those controllers fast. However last year due to surgery I only had 48. I switched between my singing Bulbs to Trees every other night and still had my santa face and house etc. on the 3rd controller. My friend is not tech savy or I would have went farther. Didn't want to push my luck. This year I am going to surprise him with some gen1 and 2 controllers and he can ditch my old light shows in a box.

I will be resending the Night B4 Christmas. As pain staking as it was to sequence the first time, its even worse now. 4:30 of just talking with no more than a 2 second break every now and then. Keep falling asleep while sequencing. Believe it or not talking is more difficult to sequence faces to than singing.

BTW- its easy for me to convert my sequences to 1 face. I do it for a couple members every now and then when I think about it. You just have to go without some of the background music.

Thanks. Y Halloween show is all talking faces -

this is one of three videos from 2015.  I did Shanana's Witch Doctor and drove my wife nuts with repeated playing.

I know singing faces can really eat up the channels but about only a few of my songs used all the mouth positions and I honestly not sure if the small mouth or O are worth the channels. Alway need the top, closed and middle for the singing and rest but it was hard to see how the other two made the show better.

Got a lot of planning ahead :)

Sorry about the double post.

This is my idea for the Halloween layout if all goes well.

What do you think?
