Mr. P
Pixie16, Pixcon or any of the E1.31 controllers out there. The more you piece it together yourself instead of buying a kit the cheaper it will be. Edited January 16, 2017 by Mr. P

I will point you to the description and photos of mine. It is using 12 strings of 50 WS2811 pixels that I got from Ray Wu. They are controlled by a SanDevices E682 E1.31 controller. The star I built is a modified Brian Bruderer SuperStar that has 360 WS2811 pixels that are controlled by the same E682. http://newburghlights.org/pixel_tree.html
