BPM in Sequence Editor

Is there any way to *manually* enter (or adjust) the BPM in SE? I'm using songs I recorded, so I _know_ the specific BPM number, but beat detective is not always quite right. For example, one slow song is 70 BPM but Detective thinks its 69 BPM, and the divisions start to get badly out of time after 40 seconds or so. :-(

I'm definitely not a drummer, and so my mouse/spacebar taps are not very accurate using tapper wizard. :-\ A 'quantize' feature would be very handy here!
