Show on demand will not work

Hardware utility allows me to control both controllers.

Sequences are loaded into my LOR sequences

Show editor shows/runs my 2016 show

When I right click on my LOR icon, "show on demand" is not an option

When I use the schedule editor everything works fine, but I would like the ability to use the show on demand

 

Any ideas?

Do you have Basic Plus or higher software license?

We upgraded this year to  S4 Advanced
