RGB dumb sting newbie

I am trying to detect my rgbs with the LOR hardware.  I have one that will detect and once I try to change the Unit ID it tells me that there is a communication error.  The other unit the computer doesn't detect.  Any suggestions?

First of all, what are you trying to detect? I would guess that it's CMB24D dumb RGB controllers. And further, I assume you are trying to detect them with the Hardware Utility. When you are trying to detect the controllers, do you have both controllers connected, or just one at a time? Do you have separate controller IDs assigned for each controller?

Tell us in more detail what you are doing and how you are trying to do it.
