bob_moody
I am a little shocked by the what i think is a dramatic increase in compressed sequence sizes. Let me begin by saying that 2016 has added a Boscoyo ChromaHat and 2 Chromatrees. The Chromahat is 324 pixels (648 new channels) and the trees are 105 pixels (210 new channels) each. This increased the counts by 534 pixels or 1602 channels. However, I am seeing huge increases in the file sizes. I have 18 sequences. 2015 - AVERAGE file size was 33482KB 2016 - AVERAGE file size is 43411KB Should this be an acceptable increase for 534 pixels/1602 channels? My pixel tree alone is 600 pixels (12 x 50) Table below shows the 18 compressed song sizes from 2015 to 2016, the diff and % increase Also note: 2015 was created in S3. 2016 in S4 ... could this be a result of new features in S4? (I'm asking because the 2016 sequences seem to having playback issues) 2015 2016 Diff % Increase 1 1793 4006 2213 44.76% 2 13860 18470 4610 75.04% 3 22604 29643 7039 76.25% 4 39041 52439 13398 74.45% 5 41881 51220 9339 81.77% 6 51226 69143 17917 74.09% 7 26564 35138 8574 75.60% 8 66802 82268 15466 81.20% 9 45931 57636 11705 79.69% 10 30870 38914 8044 79.33% 11 24472 34537 10065 70.86% 12 58775 72702 13927 80.84% 13 5999 11457 5458 52.36% 14 26513 34434 7921 77.00% 15 27135 35965 8830 75.45% 16 36558 47642 11084 76.73% 17 9559 13206 3647 72.38% 18 73101 92592 19491 78.95% Thanks again ...
