Guest guest
I believe Dan had said to order the Hobbbyist (or showtime) starter package and he would hold the SC485 adapter till when you order the boards.
Guest guest
Get the Extended. The basic will limit you for future capabilities. The website confirms my previous post.http://store.lightorama.com/spouhostpa.html

Guest guest
For now, the basic and extended are the same - there's a discussion about it here.If you're new to LOR, you might also want to check out Don's LOR Documentation Project. He calls it the LOR Wiki and he's done a great job of gathering information from various sources and puting it all in one place. As you work with LOR, if you pick up any tips/tricks, you're encouraged to add to the Wiki as well.
