Philip
I'm not sure if this is even possible, butalot of us use strobes in our decorations especially those of us who use LOR for Halloween show tooIs there a way is have a strobe selection such that when we turn on a channel that has this feature enabled the visualizer would emulate the strobe effect even though the channel itself is actually set at full intensity ON
Texan78
I have also come across this problem as well when trying to set up my display to view the visualizer to emulate the strobes. It would be nice, but I have a trick that might help you. It won't give you the random strobe effect but will show give you a strobe effect on the visualizer while programming. Now when you are using the strobes the power for that channel or channels is going to be full on of course and then the strobes will do the rest. Well I found during programming that if you changes the strobes from full on to shimmer it would emulate a strobing effect in the visualizer. Now just remeber to set them back to full on when you go to run your show though.
Philip
yes, I did that last year for halloween, but thought as long as they are considering additions I might as well suggest it.I guess you could setup a track for strobes so they would be easier to find to change them when the sequence is completed
Texan78
I haven't upgraded to LOR II yet. I am waiting for the final release. But I heard you could do this, couldn't you just group all your strobes together also? I am not familiar with tracks yet.
mcdeo
2 cents: Run two tracks, one for the physical strobes, second one for the visualizer.Richard has the word 'strobes' when his strobes lights, that could help visualize it.I also have an animated train (as others may have automatic animated events) and short of remembering that action is being done by just having a channel on, not sure how much can be done, without programming several additional channels just for the visualiser.
