sequence showing in recent but not in existing

my squences show in recent but not in existing I cant add to show Why?

You will need to navigate to where you store your sequences, using the button at the top of the open sequence window. They must not be in the default folder, not a problem you just need to go there. Sounds like you may have moved them. Hope you haven't deleted them.

The recent file window is just a list not a folder.

 

You say you can't add to show, you should be in the show editor for that, not the sequence editor.

Similarly when you click on the plus sign to add sequences to a show you will get a file open window and need to navigate to the place where you keep them.

Tip, you can add multiple items at once by using ctrl click to select.
