Mike was very helpful and assured me that he would get my issue resolved (which he did). Not only that, he was a blast to talk to (very funny, very helpful, and very kind). In this day and age where customer service seems to be a lost art, it's really great to talk to someone like Mike who knows how to take care of his customers. LOR is very lucky to have him.
