Big Thanks to DevMike

I had the pleasure (and yes it was a pleasure) of getting to talk to DevMike today regarding a help desk ticket of mine.  Mike was very helpful and assured me that he would get my issue resolved (which he did).  Not only that, he was a blast to talk to (very funny, very helpful, and very kind).  In this day and age where customer service seems to be a lost art, it's really great to talk to someone like Mike who knows how to take care of his customers.  LOR is very lucky to have him.

I took a peek at your ticket late last night, and it looks like shipping got your replacement out yesterday.  I'll be sure to thank Brittany (shipping queen extraordinaire) for you as well.  Without her, I'm just a schlub.
