saxon
I set up my Atmosfear Ghost in the window video tonight and am very pleased. But it seems the ghosts in the window don't really jive with the songs being played and the lights take attention away from the ghosts, or visa-versa.I am wanting to play portions of the ghost video between songs and not during songs. I tried to copy and edit the video for use with LOR as a sequence but it wouldn't let me and I am not smart enough to get around it.Has anyone been successful at this or know how I can do this? Or am I SOL? Thanks
TitusCarnathan
Depending on what file format the video is you should be able to load the video into the sequence editor just like you would a song. Then go to Edit > Preferences > Video Preferences and make sure Display videos is selected plus select the proper monitor output.
saxon
Thanks, I will give it a try. If it is not the correct format, any suggestions there?
TitusCarnathan
look for a program that can convert the video file to Wmp avi or mp4 and theres a few others lor supports. I think Real player can convert videos or if you have windows movie maker.
saxon
Thanks TitusWhen I tried to copy it it said it was encrypted. Movie maker loaded it but showed nothing and said it most likely an unrecognizable file. (.bup, .IFO, .VOB). Another thing is, I really don't know what I am doing over here when it comes to video stuff. I should probably try to get my feet wet on a simpler video. iresq
You're going to need to break encryption and recode. Won't get into legality and you'll have to Google for the how too. Try handbrake to re-encode once stripped.
