Looking for Web Designer for my show site

Of course I would like to do it myself, but I have found that my time is more valuable doing something else. Here's what I have now:

• I have an existing site (www.BluebonnetLights.com, don't look at it now because I messed it up).
• It was originally designed by my sister-in-law, but she is too busy now, and her expertise is in a different area.
• The original site was designed using Dreamweaver, but last year it was switched to WordPress to make it more modern, mobile-friendly, and easier to maintain.
• Some pages never got redone as WordPress pages so the site was a mishmash.
• When the previous (unfinished) switch to WordPress was done last year, a theme called "Xmas" was used. This theme is not very mobile-friendly, so I intend to switch to the "Uber" theme.
• I can hack HTML and PHP all day, but I have trouble learning WordPress, and visual web design in not my thing. (All my creativity is devoted to fixtures and sequencing.)

I would like to hire someone to make this a nice web site, with pictures, hours, directions, the stuff we all know here. This will be a one-time job, because I will maintain it myself after it just becomes content updating. Here is the job description:

• Make my site useful, attractive (Christmas-like), and easy to maintain.
• Use the existing WordPress installation.
• Use the Uber theme, unless you can convince me otherwise.
• Configure it so that I can upgrade WordPress or themes at any time, and still have the site work.
• Site must have pictures of the display, location with map, hours, contact form, link to our Facebook page.

The developer must have experience with WordPress, and other sites to use as reference.

I have no idea what my budget should be, but I will eagerly read all suggestions.
