Why cant i find Pixel Editor?

On the start menu under Light-O-Rama then Light-O-Rama Pixel Editor

If the LOR Tray (AKA Control Panel) is running, it's the third item from the top of the menu.

No.  It's a separate program - just like Visualizer, SuperStar, Show Editor, Show Scheduler, Sequence Editor, etc.

Do you have the LOR Control Panel running? If so, right click on it to bring up its popup menu.  Several of the options on the popup menu allow you to start various programs, including the Pixel Editor.
