Twinkle fading

Yes and no.

In the current versions, not directly.

But you can "fake it" as follows:

1. 
   
2. Start with a grid of .1 second or less
   
3. Fade up or down the channels you wish to twinkle-fade, over the desired time frame.
   
4. Now use the "off" tool to randomly turn off bits and pieces of the fade, in .1-second increments, to get a "random twinkle" effect.

The upcoming production version of LOR II is supposed to support this directly.
