bbayjohn
So I have drawn in my props and labelled, addressed them the same as in SE. Now when I open a sequence I get a waning- The following warnings were generated while loading the sequence.Channel conflict between 1 firework and 1 flood 1 (R )Channel conflict between 2.2 left fence and 1 flood 1 (G )Channel conflict between 3 sleigh and 1 flood 1 (B )Channel conflict between 2 Reindeer and 1 flood 2 (R )Channel conflict between 12 gel stars and 1 flood 4 (R )Channel conflict between 4 bells and 1 flood 4 (G )Channel conflict between 14 candy and 1 flood 4 (B )So I checked in both PE and SE that they are addressed correctly and they are. The only reason I can think is that the Floods are on the CMB24D could it be that the PE doesn't recognize the extra channels of CMB24D and not the standard 16 as per other LOR boards. The above is all on LOR network. The RGB floods would be Sequenced by PE but not the other channels listed above. Could I deleate them from PE to resolve the conflict? So then I go into info on my preview list and find errors in the first 100 DMX channels *** stopped after 100 warnings *** So it would appear that My entire DMX network has conflicts as well. How can I fix this? Looking forward to the new import visualiser option
bbayjohn
I am a little confused in the above. Can someone please guide me threw the setup of Channels?Lets take the first line of this warning.Channel conflict between 1 firework and 1 flood 1 (R )1 firework is on the LOR regular network unit 1 circuit 1Now for the confusing partthe 4 (RGB) floods I have are calledtop left floodtop right floodleft floodright floodno flood here are called 1 flood 1 (R )All the flood lights are on LOR regular network unit 20 circuits 13 threw to 24 so no conflict hereSo the question remains, how can I fix this? jstorms
Try running the verifier against your sequence. You might get more descriptive warnings. I got a few of these as warnings as well, but they turned out to be places where I had one actual channel used in more than one place.
bbayjohn
Thanks Mr Storms. I tried the verifier and came up with the same warning. So I deleted all the extra tracks and working channels. Now it opens without the warnings..
