props at top of SE after exporting..........S3

Ill start here in the coffee shop....

 

When I add a new prop to the vis, import to SS, then export to SE, sometimes the new prop is at the top of the SE. Other props I have added usually wind up at the bottom. I can always move the props in SE to the bottom then import the channel config but I am wondering why it does this or what am I doing do make this happen and how I can avoid this?
