I'm no expert, but the input is 5-35 VDC and output is 1.5-30VDC. It also has "Step down converter" in the description. I don't think that's a power supply. Orville
It says it can drive LED's and that the voltage is adjustable along with amps, so that's why I thought it was a power supply. Maybe someone with more experience can tell if it is or isn't. I honestly thought it was a power supply, if it's not, my apologies for the mis-identification. Thought I had found something for a decent price the RGB folks could have used. Edited February 28, 2015 by Orville

plasmadrive
It is a DC-DC converter. You can also find them for a buck or two if I remember right.. I bought 60 of one that is similar for about $1.25 each some time back.
Orville
Again, sorry folks. I guess I'm just not thinking straight at this time, having 2 kittens die within a week of each other, and now a 3rd going down that same road of FKS, I guess I didn't realize it wasn't a power supply. The description of having adjustable voltage and adjustable amps is what through me off on this one, making me think it was something it's not. And being out of the electronics field now for over 6-7 years now, and no longer really keeping up with it like I used to when I was working in it, along with old age sure hasn't helped.
