Santas Helper
Last nights prediction by the weather folks here in Oklahoma City was a 30% dusting of snow.I'm sure glad I never listen to them. LOLJust wanted to share some pics. Sure is pretty when we get about 3 1/2" of snow. I mean a dusting. The light show will look killer tonight with that white blanket of snow (if it sticks around). Mega Arch
Tom, Nice pics. Your display always looks great dry. Can't wait to see it snow lit... Post more tonight. yeah - they forecasted dusting. went outside to clear off the drive for my dad to come over tonight. It's the wettest 4" dusting I've seen in a while. "wanna build a snowman" Turned the backyard display off. Inflatables are not visible right now. Guess it will be a GFCI test in the front tonight. Santas Helper
I'm Jealous!!!! In 6 years of doing my display I have never seen it under snow... Jim, We are quite lucky. If it happened this time next week, it might have been too late with displays being taken down.

Mega Arch
Been another hour - sorry Tom, yard's now melting too. But on a brighter note - a "major" storm is coming New Year's Day.... Leave 'em up - can't put them away wet anyway.
Little_b
Just had our first snow on Christmas Morning here, about 4". I love the display when it's under snow, it has a nice glow to it. I will admit there was a good part of me that was looking forward to taking everything down with no snow. So now I'm torn.

Luckily I have lots of trees to block some of the sun. I will try a video in a while and see how it turns out. And I saw in next weeks forecast where there might be another "dusting" coming. LOL We will see...

Snow covered lights are so cool. Especially on a white Christmas.
k6ccc
You can have the snow - thank you very much. Severe clear here. It was brutal cold last night - got down to 36.6 F. Had to pull up the comforter on the bed... 61.3 F as I type this at 4:15 PM.
