How much are people giving to your cause this season?

I have often wondered if my display is generating donations comparable to others doing the same thing. I am very rural as it is a 10 mile roundtrip for a gallon of milk and all my viewers are by car or over the Internet. Also, we have received donations from viewers of our display on our website for this year's cause. With one week to go we have collected over $5,000.00 but have no clue if we are in line with others in our hobby or if I need to ratchet it up a notch in that department. To get an idea of how I collect please visit kevinkolak.com and view video 2....

So far this year we've collected almost $8000. Our best year was $12700 & our worst was $6800 ( year of a bad ice storm & had no power for the 4 days before Christmas )

That is a LOT of money !  I don't collect for Christmas.  But in the halloween days the most was $1100 which included tours and parties at $10 a head.  You did very well for your charity!

I collect only for the SPCA and food bank if someone drops food off. Right now I'm at about $1500 so far this year plus 8-10 bags of items for the SPCA as well. I'm happy with this total considering last year I only raised half that...

Dang!

1500.00 to-date.

I collect for the local elementary Play Ground Fund.

Play Ground equipment is $$$.

The last piece was 15,000 and it sucked.

Man 8000.00 would be a huge bonus.
