scottam67 Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 We had a Cosmic Color Bulb string go bad on us Monday night. It had been working intermittently throughout the night, then just went dark. I had opened a ticket and throughout the night, the help desk support team had been very responsive providing suggestions to determine what the problem might be. When it was clear it was a bad string, they overnighted me a new string Tuesday for Wednesday - Christmas Eve. I can't thank them enough for their prompt and exceptional customer care. These devices aren't perfect and for the amount of time we work to put our displays on, for only a few weeks, every night counts and they certainly believe that too. Thanks LOR for providing such excellent service. 1
k6ccc Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 +3 When I built my pixel arches in November using my never used, but 2 1/2 year old CCPs. One string had a failed pixel near the end. At the age they were out of warranty, and I told LOR that I would rather replace the failed pixel rather than the whole string. LOR sent me a half dozen replacement pixels. My arches were fully operational for my show opening after Thanksgiving. Thanks LOR!

ebrown1972 Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 I needed a few of the rubber pieces that go in the strain relief on the residential controllers and LOR sent them to me free of charge with no shipping costs. I know of no other company that will do anything like that. Great customer service for sure.

Orville Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Had a triac go bad a few years back, LOR not only sent me the triac, when I opened the box, they had sent me 5 for replacements in case I may have additional failures! And also at no charge or shipping fees! LOR's customer service is definitely over, and beyond the bar when it comes to getting our LOR hardware and/or LOR lighting working in our displays when an issue arises,
