Fault with a 32 channel setup, badly need assistance

I had a fault with shows not starting but have seemed to have fixed this. Last night my shows stopped accurately (not halfway through a song) and didnt repeat. They ended 30 mins to early. Today they didnt start at all and some channels are not lighting up on one board (fuses checked) tested through sequence editor play, live show and even hardware utility. I am now very worried I have a fault which is un-fixable in a decent time for showing my lights.
