Jim Hans Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 Sounds like a bad triac. Try resetting the board as per the manual. If that doesn't fix it, open a repair ticket. Many of us plan on having open channels on our controllers as we set things up so it makes it easier to change to a different channel, update the sequences, and keep the show going when a triac goes bad.
