jonnyci
I was wondering if I need to waterproof the ends of my pixel strips that are not being connected to my controller. The 3 wires continue out of the strip with a connector that have 3 pins exposed. This is so you can connect an additional strip. Do I need to protect these from the elements? Second question, if I cut them off, do I need to waterproof the cut with silicone? Here is a link to what I have.http://www.holidaycoro.com/Smart-Pixel-LED-RGB-Strip-30-LEDs-m-50-Pixels-m-p/700.htm Edited December 8, 2014 by jonnyci

SparkDr
I folded mine over and zip tied them pointing down so that moisture runs off. No problems yet with this method.
