Purchased sequence from LOR - will not download

Purchased a sequence from LOR store. I received an email with two links in it. One to download the sequence and another for a document that says read me first. Document opens fine. Sequence download link opens another window that says web page not available. 
Any thoughts or ideas about this? I have created a trouble ticket but do not expect a response today and today is when I actually have time to work on the sequence modification to fit my display.

Thanks PhilMassey, I had not tried that. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Thank you though for taking the time to reply with a suggestion.

The odd thing is that I can download the sequence via the link you provided in your help desk ticket. Are you sure you don't have any anti-virus or other issues stopping the download?

I did disable my anti-virus software and was able to download the file. Thank you very much for your attention to my troubles and for suggestion of the anti-virus being the culprit.
