USB485 Driver - corrupted or missing error

I'm an absolute newbie & have tried following the instructions.  I've not gotten Windows to acknowledge the USB drivers.  I've installed... tested... used FTClean... rebooted... installed from LOR Firmware page... had the installer show two drivers successfully installed... tested... checked Control Panel/DeviceMgr/USB & it shows the specs for the converter & "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"

 

What am I doing wrong??
