mjdamico23 Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Has anyone use those child safety plug protectors on the their lights?
Grinch Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Testing them this year. We get a lot of freezing rain here and I had a lot of tripped circuits in the past. So far this year we are OK
75redman Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 I've used them on my 3 way splitters for 3 years with no issues.
mjdamico23 Posted November 30, 2014 Author Posted November 30, 2014 Are they good for end of the lights, seem like it should work?
SparkDr Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 I'm in my second season using them. No problems so far.
missieod Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 I've used them for 3 years. We have more rain than snow here and once I put them in, I haven't had any issues from the rain.
Joe Polenchar Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 I have used them for 5 years now. They are in every open female end.No problems with GFCI tripping. Remember also to elevate the plugs a bit from the ground.
