Channels not firing consistently

Okay, I am running 3 gen 3 controllers. There are channels that are not working when needed.  I have purchased sequences from lor and not sure what to do.  All channels do eventually work and work on my "all on" show.  Very weird and help desk is working on it as well.  I have re-downloaded the sequences from the store to make sure there wasn't an issue.  It only seems to be a problem when a very few channels are to be on... I'm frustrated and lost.  Any help appreciated.  Example-- Wizards-- no lights until 15 seconds in...
