robigd
After setting up my display, it rained for 24 hours straight here in North Florida. I hadn't secured my CCB controllers and wasn't home to do so, so they got rained on for 24 hours straight. I didn't know how they would handle it, but my show worked like a champ afterwards. Kudos LOR!
AGarrett
I have lost three controllers due to rain or condensation, yet several others are fine. Anybody have ideas as to how to further protect the CCB/P controllers from moisture?
dstevens
I lost a CCB controller due to rain a couple of years ago. I now use secondary containment (plastic bins) for all of my controllers.
PaulXmas
the (CCR, CCB and CCP) controllers are NOT weather proof!Mine are inside a another housing and one is inside an old marine battery case.
john fulkerson
when i took down my display and stored it moisture got inside so i had to clean inside before useing again i filled the inside of the controller with hot glue to seal now have no problems ip 68 i guess you call it but it works better than 3 or 4 other containersjust a thought it didnt ruin anything still works fine with no worry of moisture damage Edited December 6, 2014 by john fulkerson
