derekb
I have moved around my "Control Center" for the lightshow and now my transmitter is far away from the window. What is the recommended method to get it back to the window, buy a longer coax cable and extend from the transmitter to the antenna or buy a longer RCA stereo cable and extend from the PC to the transmitter? Any advice on the best method would be appreciated. Thanks!
Santas Helper
Have you tried it out since you moved it? Did it make that big of a difference?I would say extend RCA cables. Less chance of signal loss and less chance of interference.
derekb
Yes, I have tried it out. It has been moved to the back of the house, rather than a window in the front of the house. I need to move it back closer. It did make a difference. Thanks for the input.
k6ccc
VERY strong recommendation to extend the RCA audio cables rather than the antenna cable.
derekb
Thanks. Will extend the RCA cables and move the transmitter closer to the front of the house and just have the transmitter further away from PC.
