levelbest
Just went to create a simple show to test things out that plays 2 musical sequences every 30 minutes and then goes to all lights on the remainder of the half hour.Have tried and tried again and cannot get it to go to all lights on after the two songs - it just starts the first song over again.Another user mentioned this same thing here: http://lightorama.mywowbb.com/view_topic.php?id=14906&forum_id=71&highlight=simple+show+builderBut I see no resolution to this issue. Am I missing something?
levelbest
Let me just add that I looked at the scheduler file and found that the file...LORSimpleShowBuilderAllOn.lasIS BLANK after opening with notepad. There are no lines of code inside. So, what should that file contain?I have a feeling that is why the all lights on don't play and the show loops.... That sequence file is supposed to have all the lights on in it to keep the lights on between shows. We will check to verify that it is not empty in the installer and we will also post a version of the filler sequences for download. levelbest
Any update to this issue? Does anyone have an All On file they could send to me? I really need to get some things tested (running a show and then running all lights on) and I know Dan and staff are swamped this time of year. MrBiteMe4
I have the same problem, but now my SSB won't come on at all. Thinking about just upgrading to 2.0.4. What the heck! Attached files
levelbest
Let me know how that goes if you do. If the software is pretty stable, I may just go there rather than learning the old version first.
MrBiteMe4
OK, but I think I'll make a last ditch effort with dan's patch for SSB.I'm with you though, I'm just learning the software so why not learn the new stuff first. I've purchase or begged for sequences just to run my show this year.
levelbest
One other thing to add - tonite I actually rolled my XP computer back to when I first installed it a few weeks ago.Found that when installing first 1.6.3 and then going to 1.6.9 upgrade, the SSB gets installed but the all lights on file doesn't... looks like it only installs the EXE. Unless the exe is supposed to generate that file - which it isn't.Hope the feedback helps.
MrBiteMe4
No patch yet for the SSB!
LightORamaDan
Mrbiteme wrote: No patch yet for the SSB!You can download the SSB from the support page and install it. When it installs it will copy sequence files necessary for operation into the sequence folder. This turns out to be a case of missing sequence files. There is still an issue with the "run a silent animation" filler so do not choose that option?

MrBiteMe4
Dan,Maybe I spoke too fast. The show plays, the lights come "all on" when it's over, but they don't resume for an hour even in half hour mode. We're close!!!!!!

The problem is with some of the version of the LOR show player, when you switch from one scheduled show to the next and the show is the same show, it just keeps playing that show. In many cases that would be fine but in this case the SSB is relying on the show player to re-start the show...We know how to fix it (sound like the 6 million dollar man) and will have it ready this weekend. We will change the SSB for now and fix the show player in the next release.
