I recently upgraded my windows Xp computer to windows 7 professional and I cannot get the software suite to install. I have tried four different versions and neither of them will even pull up the install wizard. They start to but stop at lightorama.msi and then drop off and never show any other signs of life. I have tried 2.9.4, 3.3.0, 3.4.0, and 3.10.6 with same result. Any ideas to get around this issue would be great. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Don Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 A few random things. (Apologies if you've already done them.) Make sure you are saving the downloaded file to your computer. Do not try to use the Run option when downloading.If you are saving it to your machine, sounds like it might not be downloading all the way (or something really odd like that.)Looks like you've already tried Run as Admin.Look on the LOR Software Download page for the "Alternative download" link.
