Dave Batzdorf
BJs has the best prices on the Night Owl System. The Night Owl folks are great to deal with. I have one system here and another in my snowmobile club.
Bizywk
Sams Club has a pretty decent complete system in a box by Sony right now. Outdoor rated camera resolution is 700TVL (High Def), embedded IR (night vision) out to about 70' if I remember correctly, and comes with a digital recorder, power supplies and cables. No need to piece part a system.

kiplorenzo
If you want to build it yourself... meaning buying IP cameras and mounting, with POE, then you can go to X10.com also.
