Amie Posted November 23, 2007 Share Posted November 23, 2007 I connected 2 new boxes this year to my existing 1 box from last year. The boxes are both CTB16PC's ver. 4.02. I have correctly assigned the ID number to each box. One of the boxes, whether connected alone to the computer or in the series will always show up as "03 - Unknown Device ???". The other box shows up as "02 - CTB16PC ver. 4.02".The strange thing is that both boxes work fine. Should I be concerned with this error or just ignore it? Wow, I time flies when you are panicked.I am using the new version II of the Hardware utility when I get that error. But I guess I won't worry about it for now since it works okay.
