I opened the Visualizer program, open a new file, imported picture of the house, drew and coded the lights and channels. 

 

How do I load the file I built in to the Sequence Editor?

 

2nd problem - Someone sent me some "singing tree" visuals with and .LPF extension.  How do I load those?  Open as a Prop?

You don't actually load that visualizer into SE, there are a few steps to set up sequence editor so that it sees the visualizer. I can't remember at the moment but the instructions are in the setup in the help file. Then what you will do is play your sequence and watch on the other program, visualizer

Copy the .lpf file, go into your documents folder, Lightorama, visualizations, props, and then paste. You then should be able to import the prop into your visualizer.
