VSA to LOR does anyone have information on how to do this?

I was reading a post from 2012 that had a link to LOR forrum. It talked about a way to take the information from Visual Show Automation aka VSA and be able to paste it into LOR.

I have ben using VSA for the last 2 years from an opening front door with a swing around talking skeleton to running a small haunted house. I am trying to move to LOR and would love to bring all that work with me.

Any help would be great.
