flyinverted
Go to any computer store and just get a computer power cord. Cut the end off and wire appropriately. Or you can get one from Amazon. http://tinyurl.com/pjct2sn
cgreenfield
Home Depot Usually has 120 Volt Pigtails. usually though it is cheaper to buy a extension cord and cut off the end.
sax
I find old broken devices at the house and use those cables. I also have some spare PC power cables as I have upgraded my PC's over the years and kept those cables. I cut them and these are the ones I prefer.Holiday coro does sell these pigtails if you wish. Jack Stevens
Check your local thrift stores, especially if they have an "electrical supply" section. Habitat For Humanity has their "ReStores around here; depending on which bin you find the cord in, it may be 50 cents, or a buck. Save on shipping (if you have any local, anyway) and helps out the charity.
