fanggallo
So, obviously I know very well what the .lms file is, but I've come across the extensions of .lms.lcs and .lms.lsv a few times in the past. I don't quite understand what these are used for. Are they for the new versions of S3? Thanks. www.ourlightdisplay.webs.com
Don
Yes, there are some new file extensions in S3. Here is an (almost) complete list.
fanggallo
Thanks Don. Is there a specific place to store these file types, like if they're moved will my sequences still run properly? Or can I just create/edit my .lms files without needing to touch the other extensions?
Don
I wouldn't worry about, nor edit/touch/remove/delete the other files. They are stored in your Sequences directory because that is where the LOR software looks for them.
fanggallo
Awesome. Thanks.
George Simmons
Actually, they're stored wherever you save the sequence. The show player might look for the compressed file in the sequences directory, but the Sequence Editor is a tramp and doesn't care where you save the sequences - it dumps it's baggage wherever you put it.
